This
class is available to any student who has successfully completed Algebra II.
This
course examines the properties of the number systems of elementary mathematics
and the study of elementary functions. There
is strong emphasis on trigonometry, especially as it relates to the modeling of
cyclic functions. The study of the
interrelationship between various functions and their graphs is a major portion
of this course. This course
is strongly recommended for
those planning on attending a four- year school.
